College Football becoming a Union

College football decided they wanted to  become a union. The NLRB said that college football players must be an employee at their University. They must be be under a contract to hire, perform services for one another, subject to the employee's control, and in return for payment. So now they have to worry about their job and them playing football. The Northwestern leader is the Wildcats quarterback, Kain Colter.
